Breaking ground for greyhounds 
AUGUSTA No doubt greyhound owners all around the state are thrilled that ground was broken Oct. 29 for the new greyhound veterinary clinic at the Maine Greyhound Placement Service (MGPS) on Old Belgrade Road.
